Fulfillment Policy

Before Day Of Service

One of our Private Oahu Tour staff members will contact the point of contact submitted upon booking to confirm the tour time and pickup location. 

Day Of Service

Your tour guide/driver will pick you and your group up at your confirmed pickup location. We will then proceed with your chosen tour selection and points of interest in the most efficient order via location.

You may choose to change your tour itinerary or points of interest at anytime.

Time spent at any location/point of interest is at your discretion but please note that it may cut into the time to visit the remaining chosen points of interest.

Tours are up to 14 hours maximum. Additional per hour charges may incur for overage time.

A visit to all points of interest on the chosen tour may not be fulfilled due to time constraints, weather, accessibility, closures, etc.

Service Changes

You may call us at (808) 425-9896 during business hours (5:00 AM – 9:30 PM HST) or via email at contact@oahuislandprivatetours.com (24 hours) to make any changes to your scheduled Oahu Private Tour service.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund may be made 7 days before your scheduled service. If a cancellation has been made within 7 days of the service, a 15% fee may be applied.

Changes To Our Fulfillment Policy Agreement

Oahu Private Tours reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our fulfillment policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at oahuislandprivatetours.com, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the scope of our services.
